Pendle Slot racing Club was Originally located on Colbran Street in Nelson from 1996 to 2009. The track which was built back in 1996 had to be broken up in 2009. It was a smooth MDF surface with 5 lanes, each being around 115ft long. photos of the original Pendle track can be found here.

The current club room & track were completed in early 2009, view photos. Not long after the track & club room was fully assembled a new section was added & the start/finish line was moved view photos, then in October 2010 another section was changed view photos.
