Rules
Class 1: Pendle Slot.it Championship
RACE FEES
• Juniors £2.00
• Seniors £3.00
RACE FORMAT
• Each driver will race once on each lane and will be given lane
choice in their final according to their position after the heats. Drivers
will race in seeded order (seeding will be worked out from the championship
table prior to the event).
• Races will be over a period of time e.g. 3 minutes. At the end
of each race the laps/footages are recorded. All race scores are then
totalled to give a qualifying position and step-up finals are raced. The
use of a lap top computer with race spreadsheet will be available for
use so that scores can be calculated at the end of each heat.
• 1 car only to be used through out a meeting, if a part breaks
or fails during a heat, the car can be repaired but needs to be scrutinised
before commencing the next heat. In the unlikely event of a total write
off where the original car is beyond repair a replacement car (conforming
to the rules) may be used for the remaining heats & finals but scores
will be scrubbed for that meeting. No change of car is allowed during
