Hi everybody. As you may be aware last nights meeting was cancelled due to the bad weather. Next Tuesday is the last race meeting of the year with the Clios and the Week after that will be presentation. Also that night we will have the AGM regarding what we are going to do next year, Calender, classes ETC.

If anyone has any ideas they want to put forward then please email me.

I am looking for the following positions to be filled as I want to spread the load a little as im finding it increasingly difficult to keep on top of everything.

Kitchen Staff Taken By Paul Cash
This would require 1 person to Stock the kitchen with Tea, Coffee, Crisps cans of pop ETC and open it each club night as we do now.

Saloons Available
This would require 1 or two persons to run the meeting and keep the scores updated for the Saloon class and pass the relevent info onto Neil so he can keep the website upto date for 2009.

Gt's Available
I will continue to run the Slot it GTs and keep the scores updated etc for 2009.

Clio Cup Taken by Russell Starkie
This would require 1 or two persons to run the meetings and keep the scores updated for the Clio Cups and pass the relevent info onto Neil so he can keep the website upto date for 2009.

Club news Taken by James Rawlinson
One Person reqired to take the job of writing a monthly blog for the website etc.

Club Track
Also for the start of 2009 we are looking to have our new track up and running in the new premises. At the moment we are very busy and until the shop is in order we can't really start on the club room. The shop will hopefully be complete by the end of this weekend which means we can think about getting the club room painted before installing the track. The plan is to install the track how it was at Preston for now and in the mean time make the new section which once finshed can just be swaped for the old section of track it is replacing.

If you would like to take on any of the positions above please let me know and I will put your name down as there is just to much for me to do.
