Please note that next week is the AGM/Presentation and the last meeting of 2008. It is extremely important that you try to attend this meeting as starting from next year there will be some big changes to the way the club is run plus a change of premises and a new Track.

We are going to be meeting at the new Shop/Club room for the AGM which will start at 8:00pm. We will be there from 7:30pm. Please do not arrive any earlier than 7:30pm. This will all be explained at the meeting.

Please bring any ideas or points that you would like to make.
After the meeting the Presentation will take place.
